Ms. Annabelle Yu Long
Founding and Managing Partner BAI CapitalMs. Annabelle Yu Long is the Founding and Managing Partner of BAI Capital and a member of Bertelsmann Group Management Committee.
Since 2008, Ms. Long has led the team to achieve more than 18 IPOs and 40+ Unicorn companies, including Linklogis (09959.HK), Lexin (NASDAQ:LX), BitAuto (NYSE:BITA), NetEase Cloud Music (09899.HK), SF Intra-City (09699.HK), Yixin (02858.HK), Dingdong Fresh (NYSE:DDL) , BIGO, Stori, Keep (3650.HK), PingCAP, Biren, Lejian, Innovusion, Mobike, Source, Tantan etc. She was named Forbes Asia’s Power Businesswomen 2020 and Fortune China's Most Influential Businesswomen 2022.
Ms. Long was appointed the member of Group Management Committee of Bertelsmann in 2011 to advise and assist on important matters of corporate strategy and corporate development. She was presented group level Bertelsmann Entrepreneur Award and Bertelsmann Financial Performance Award for her outstanding contribution.
Ms. Long serves as independent director of Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, and independent director of NIO (NASDAQ:NIO). Ms. Long also serves as independent director of Tapestry Inc. (NYSE:TPR, its portfolio includes Coach, Stuart Weitzman and Kate Spade). She was the first Chinese member of Stanford Graduate School of Business Advisory Council and served as a member from 2015 to 2021. She was named Young Global Leader (YGL) by World Economic Forum in 2011 and had active involvement in WEF.
Ms. Long holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She also holds a BSEE from the University of Electronic Science and Technology in China.
